Complaints

There has been complaints going on the chat, we have selected the meeting and went over the meeting, if you have missed out than u had missed out on the important meeting over! well if u have a complaint or idea, let a cm know about it so we can handle the situation.

Everyone has different opionion and we all act different, some are annoying than other, some cannot help the way they are or how they act, some are mental retarded, some are really hyper and that understandable it just them it how they are, they can't help it! but we can prevent the arguement from happening!

There is no point on why we all can't work as a team! if u can't work together than u don't need to be working here period, we don't want none of u all to end up fire or to quit we want u all to be able to enjoy you're self without the drama! that is the big deal and a big issue! Noone like drama, it will scare away the users!

Even if you did nothing wrong, and if u say u didn't but them u did, than just say im sorry, don't argue about it and say well i didn't do anything to u and act like your all innocent, cause whatever the problem was, u should just come out n say im sorry, or if u dont kno wat u did but yet u kno u didn't do anything than just say, " I really don't know what i done to offend you, but i apologies to whatever it is that i done to offend you" so there we all can have a reliable experience fun conversation!

( Remember - it take more guts to say im sorry regardless if you did it or didn't do it! ) cause u may of done it and not realize it or u may realize it and not think how other will feel, even if it true on how they're being, No right on calling them 1.

Power Abusing, there is not point on kicking user who pisses you off if you're gonna kick or ban than u need to kick/ban for a reason and not B.S reason!

Don't act like u didn't kick or ban anyone cause the chatmaster can see what you do, we kno who change color and who kick n banned we can view you're transcript like events and stuff, thing u did we can see who force user n who disable/enable user so don't act like you're innocent that the cm are just dumb cause we're not!

Mod been complaining about how many mod we have, remember it is not the mod job to worry about how many mod we have, it is your job to worry about if you're advertising, am I doing what i need to be doing how well i'm doing it is not you're job on how many mod we have!

We can always fire mod and keep 2-3 moderator on the chat and the chat would get no where, it has been proven that without mod we can't make it! so the reason why we had this many mod is to bring more user this has proven that this is helping alot more than wat it was before when we were low on mod!

it was very hard to handle the situation, alot of drama was in the meeting so we decided to select a mod to go, every mod have had there chance and if u did not mention the complaint or idea u had than there nothing we can do about it later in the future! but if u still have idea we'd still love to hear them, but we can't handle old complaint!

So on coming up with the solution to make everyone happy, there are a few simple rules that need to be followed!

1. Take Your Drama to another room! There should be a room called "Debate"

2. No Argueing with a chatmaster " if a chatmaster see something you shouldn't be doing and they confront you about it, it should be Yes Sir - Yes Ma'am or No Sir - No Ma'am

3. No Power Abusing

4. No Argueing with a staff member!

5. No complaining " just because u disagree on something doesn't mean u have to complain" if u have complaints make sure it a reason to complain about!

6. No Forcing people in other room " CM has the right to force you into a room if they need to have a conversation, or if we're having a meeting"
