we decided not to start a meeting but a vote. . . We would like to know what you think about the way we are doing, should we continue or should we go back to the old way, the vote will show us if we should continue or not continue a tie vote will be discuss but won't passed through. . .


Do not forget to tell a cm or change your nick to " Your Advertising " so we will know also the longer it take you to bring user in the chat or more hits will count against you so please try working hard.


if we continue doing this, the new meeting will be worked on but so far if you worked hard and if you showed a cm that you are working hard than you will be able to have a longer break!


If You do not work hard and if you stay at that one positiion where your break is 5-10 min you may end up being fired so please work as hard as possible! ! ! This will show us who is qualify for the position and who is not.
